Download a printable event programme

Make a weekly or monthly A4 PDF from your public events.

Open Marketing → Printable programmes. Choose Week or Month, then a date in the period. Weeks run Monday to Sunday; months cover the entire calendar month. Use Previous period and Next period to include past or future events. The page shows the resolved dates, listing timezone and event count before you download.

The PDF includes your venue's hosted public events, including events without a booking. For an entertainer, it includes your hosted public events and public venue events where you appear in the published lineup under the existing confirmed participation rules. Draft, private, unlisted, cancelled and postponed events are excluded. Events spanning the period appear once with their actual dates. A period without public events cannot be downloaded.

Review the preview, then choose Download PDF. Each request uses the latest event information. The PDF uses standard gigiii presentation on Free. If your listing has eligible published custom branding, it uses that listing's branding; draft branding and branding from other event hosts do not apply. A QR code and URL appear only when your public landing page is published. If a month has more than 200 eligible events, choose a week instead.
