For everyone
How do I publish my profile?
Complete the checklist, publish for discovery, and unpublish anytime.
Your talent or venue profile is only visible in discovery when published. This guide covers the self-serve venue and talent publishing flow.
Checklist
Open Profile, which takes you to the listing wizard. Complete the required fields until the built-in checklist passes, then use Publish. Publishing is self-serve — staff do not review every profile before go-live.
The editor identifies missing required fields for your role. For a venue, these include its identity, location and type; for an entertainer, the act's identity and category. Optional media, links and production details can make a profile more useful to booking partners. The editor's live checklist is authoritative when requirements change.
While unpublished you may still search the other side, but you cannot send offers.
After publish
Edits stay live; you do not need to republish for routine changes. Use Unpublish to leave discovery.
Your venue is visible to entertainers after publication. The account email remains private; it is not shown on a discovery profile.
Your public landing page
An approved entertainer profile also has a public artist page. It shows your photos in a gallery and opens a featured YouTube video from a gallery tile when one is available. Your description, location, public links and eligible upcoming events appear there. Event cards use event images and open the full event page. Private contacts, documents and availability do not appear.
Open Landing page to view or turn off the page, edit its branding, and download a QR code for its public URL. A venue landing page has its own publication control. It shows venue photos, public links, visitor details, an upcoming-event carousel and a map when a street address is explicitly public. Published branding carries through to events hosted by that venue or artist; an event hosted by another account uses that event host's branding. Event pages link back to an eligible public host page. Visitors who choose the artist booking or venue proposal action sign in to Gigiii and continue to the existing offer request. They cannot send an anonymous message from the public page.
Getting started rail
The left rail checklist guides publish, search, open a result, then send a first offer. Dismiss it when you’re done.
