Prepare a private buyer draft

Set up private buyer context and keep an unsent request draft without a venue listing.

Private preparation is available at Private buyer setup. If Send request is available for your account, you can send the reviewed request without creating a venue listing.

1. Sign in. On any entertainer listing, choose Request an offer to open the request form in a dialog with that entertainer selected. Close the dialog to return to the listing; your draft stays in this browser tab. You can also choose Set up as a private buyer from the first setup screen or open Private buyer setup directly.
2. If you do not have an account yet, choose Start private setup. This creates your ordinary Free individual account. If you already belong to an account, preparation uses that account; it does not create a duplicate, change membership or buy a plan.
3. On the standalone setup page, choose Continue to draft. No company name, venue profile, website, capacity or photo is required. An existing organization account has an optional organization-context field there.
4. On an entertainer listing, the request dialog opens directly to one question at a time. Answer occasion, one or more audience age ranges, equipment, approximate guests, location, start time, duration, event notes, planning stage and your name. A progress bar shows how far you are. Choose Continue after each answer or Back to change it. Search for the event address; if no result is found, choose Provide address manually. You can continue without an address and share it later in the booking conversation. Guest count and notes are optional. Your signed-in email is used for updates and stays hidden from the entertainer. The name is saved with your account for future requests; a phone number is not needed. An entertainer requesting an offer from another entertainer uses the same guided questions. The final question offers optional organization context in place of your name. The standalone setup page retains its organization request form and lets you search by act name and choose an entertainer now or later; the listing dialog keeps its entertainer selected.
5. Choose Review draft to preview your details. Missing details keep your entered text. Edit draft returns to the last question page.

The draft is kept in this browser tab and survives Back and ordinary navigation. It is not synced to other devices. Each account, login and selected entertainer has a separate draft; changing the entertainer opens that entertainer's draft rather than copying your text. Signing out removes preparation drafts. Discard this draft removes only the currently selected draft. A storage error means navigation may lose your changes.

Access is checked before restoring or reviewing private text and when returning to the tab. Unavailable account access hides and removes preparation drafts. An unavailable entertainer removes only that entertainer’s draft; other drafts are kept. A temporary service error keeps the saved draft hidden until Try again succeeds. Support mode cannot open personal preparation drafts.

If sending is available, choose an entertainer, use a future Europe/Berlin performance window and optionally write a message of up to 2,000 characters. Acknowledge the 20% private-buyer fee, accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy if you have not already done so, then choose Send request. Sending opens the booking conversation; the entertainer supplies the priced proposal. If the address is missing, a reminder in the booking asks you to share it there. A temporary send failure keeps your draft and retries the same request. Check your bookings if a retry reports an existing or changed request.

You can send the request before completing your legal and billing details in Business details. Complete those details before agreeing to the artist’s final proposal. Before agreeing, review the artist fee and the private-buyer Gigiii fee of 20% of that fee, and explicitly acknowledge both. For example, an artist fee of €100 means a €20 Gigiii fee and €120 total. Fees are invoiced separately; no instant booking-fee payment is required. The accepted agreement and invoices use the legal and billing details you provided before confirmation.

If Sending unavailable is shown, the draft remains unsent. Preparation alone never contacts an entertainer, reserves availability, publishes a profile or creates an agreement. Free software access does not mean entertainment or transaction charges are free.

For an existing venue listing, continue using venue setup. Entertainer setup retains its publication requirements.
